I had quite a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very disappointing as they were dirty and not what was advertised, leading to a stressful situation where we had to request another room late at night. On the bright side, the location was convenient for exploring the area. However, the dining experience was chaotic and not well-organized.

The staff, however, managed to address our concerns by offering us another room, even though the experience was far from seamless.
